Telecommunications salesperson – Field/Office

At XTA we are growing! We are looking for a colleague for the commercial department. If you are a person with a clear customer orientation, approachable and outgoing, and if you also have sales experience in the telecommunications sector, do not hesitate: send us your CV because we are looking for you!
Your main tasks will be:
– Promote, negotiate and finalize sales according to the company’s services.
– Presentation of XTA products and resolution of possible doubts.
– Advice on the use and services of the Internet and telephony.
– Management of information requests received through the different communication channels: web portal, telephone and/or face-to-face with the ultimate goal of selling the services offered by the company.
– Entering data into the CRM for the traceability of actions.
– Assistance and representation of the company in events promoted by it with the aim of selling or attracting new leads.
– Loyalty tasks.
We are thinking of a person who combines cold door physical visits to potential clients (owner associations, small businesses) with office tasks.

Minimum requirements
– Bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish. If you also speak English it’s a plus.
– At least one year of experience in a sales position, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
– Driving license B
