Ethical channel

From XTA we make available to customers, suppliers and workers an Ethical or Complaint Channel.

This channel allows you to send any questions or queries regarding ethics and compliance, as well as potentially irregular activities and behaviour. If you so wish, the communication can be anonymous.

All communications will be received and analyzed diligently, rigorously and confidentially by Xarxes de Telecomunicaciones Alternatives, SLU.

In all cases, a protocol defined in detail and based on best practices will be applied, with the aim of providing an orderly response and treatment.
