Description

Xarxes de Telecomunicacions Alternatives (XTA) is a telecommunications operator in the Penedès / Garraf area that offers its own radio and fiber optic services at both residential and professional level. We need to incorporate an TAS technician into the technical support department. The candidate will be part of an expanding company made up of a young and dynamic team with a very good work environment.

Among the tasks to be performed are:

· Resolving incidents on Internet and landline services.
· Receive and make incoming calls for technical service.
· Make basic checks on access to the service (antenna access, check wiring, response at 1.10, …).
· Incident logging in management software.
· Schedule / plan repairs with Wifi and FO technician.
· Router configuration
· RMA’s registration
· Closure of parts of work of field technicians
