At XTA, we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to help us promote the expansion of the company throughout the Catalan territory.

If you are a restless person, with initiative and a 360 view of marketing, XTA is for you. We are looking for a professional with experience in trade marketing or event management, who is eager to add his talent to a dynamic company in the midst of growth and a customer focus.

What will you be doing?

Support in the preparation and execution of the 360 Marketing Plan.
Analysis and monitoring of promotional campaigns.
Coordination and development of commercial and promotional actions, as well as events for their execution in the different channels (both offline and online).
Creation of communications and specific materials for customers and the sales team.
Creation of briefings for agencies and monitoring projects.

Indefinite and full-time contract.
Schedule from 9am to 6pm with an hour break.

Minimum requirements

Marketing degree, Business Administration or similar.
Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in trade marketing or events.
Mastery of common office automation tools.
Experience in the service sector will be valued.
Languages: native Catalan and Spanish. English mastery of the language specific to the position.
